About Us - Facilities

MRCC is fortunate to have a donated 13 acre property , along with several buildings where we treat, rehabilitate and house birds of prey. Many thanks to Judith King! The facilities include the main barn that houses the office, food preparation area, exam and x-ray facilities, an Intensive Care Unit, a Secondary Unit, and larger enclosures upstairs. There is also an Education Mews Barn where the permanent resident Raptor Ambassadors reside, a medium sized barn, called the Yukon, where hawks and owls can recondition their muscles prior to release, and a large Flight Barn, where larger hawks and eagles exercise and are evaluated for flight.
